Bhopal News: In a strange news, a three hundred grams of fetus was found in the stomach of a five-month-old girl. Meanwhile, doctors in AIIMS, Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, have operated the girl, succesfully removing the fetus.

The girl is a resident of Satna in MP who was losing weight and her stomach was growing. The infant was suffering from a kind of malformation called fetus in feet that is parasitic twin in scientific language. To identify it, ultrasound and CT scan were used in primary examination with experts.

Due to the disease, the girl was having a lot of trouble for about four months. As her stomach was swelling rapidly,  she used to cry whole day.

Distressed by her situation, the infant’s parents took the child to the nearest doctor. After this, Bhopal had reached AIIMS after the suspicion of having cancer surfaced in him.

One of the doctors who performed the surgery, the operation of the girl was done this week itself, which lasted for three hours. In the operation, the fetus was removed from the stomach while saving all the organs of the girl child.

One Out Of 5 Lakh 

The infant is in a healthy condition. Probably for the first time such a case has come to the fore in the state. Earlier such cases have been found in other states. About 200 cases have been reported in the world.
