A 1.25-minute video sparked outrage on social media platforms, which shows that a woman was followed by a scooter-borne man. The video is claimed to have been recorded in Bengaluru and widely circulated on social media for the past three to four days.
In a video, a woman could be heard saying, “They are punching the vehicle are you listening ? My name is Akansha (name changed). Yes… Yes… I am crossing and my landmark is St John’s auditorium gate number 5. The vehicle number is KA***. They are in front of my vehicle; they are punching, following.”
As a scooter-borne woman was seen touching the car’s door, the woman shouted, “He is opening the door; he is touching the car.”
The video was shared on Instagram, and more than one million people watched it. People commented that, did the Bangalore police actually did anything? They even have the vehicle number now. The second user commented, “So many vehicles are going; why don’t you ask for help from them?”
The video shows that a car was driven on a busy road while a woman was shouting out loud. It is not clear yet when the video was recorded and where the incident took place.
