Bengaluru News: Family Of Four Found Dead At Home In Suspected Suicide

Police suspect that the father died by hanging himself, while the children were strangled to death. Investigations into the case are ongoing to find out the exact reason behind the tragic death.

In a horrifying incident in Bengaluru, a family of four individuals were reportedly found dead at their residence in Singanayakanahalli on Monday.

According to media reports, the deceased was identified as a 33-year-old man, his 30-year-old wife, and their two daughters, aged five and three.

Police suspect that the father died by hanging himself, while the children were strangled to death. Investigations into the case are ongoing to find out the exact reason behind the tragic death.

The family hailed from a village near Kalaburagi and had been living in Bengaluru for the past six years. The deceased man worked as a cab driver, while the woman was a homemaker, the reports stated.

Bengaluru Rural district SP C K Baba told the media, “The man’s brother visited his home in the morning and when no one opened the door, he broke the door, opened it, and found the family dead. His brother hanged himself. Police are investigating how the others died.”
