New Delhi: India’s second Apple Store was inaugurated in Delhi Saket on Thursday at 10 am by CEO Tim Cook. The Apple Saket shop has a distinct design that is inspired by Delhi’s several gates, each of which represents a new chapter in the city’s illustrious history.
The Delhi store has a curving facade with white oak tables exhibiting Apple products and accessories. It also includes an Apple Pickup station, which allows consumers to order online and pick up their devices in-store at a convenient time. Furthermore, citing sustainability concerns, Apple Saket and the tech giant’s operations in India run on 100% renewable energy and are carbon neutral.
