New Delhi: Police officials on Thursday informed that they have held a 14-year-old boy. The boy has allegedly sodomized a 4-year-old neighbor.

The alleged incident occurred when the four-year old was playing outside his house. As per the officials, the adolescent lured him into the building on pretext of giving a chocolate. He then sexually assaults him.

The police officials of Surajpur police station informed, “The families of both the children knew each other. The parents of both the children were not suspecting anything like this will happen.”

“The parents then heard the scream of their child and rushed inside the building. They found him bleeding. Then they took their child to the hospital where the truth was revealed,” the official said.

The complaint was filed by the 4-year-old child’s father. The FIR has been registered under section 377 (unnatural sex). The complain was registered under the provision of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The teenager has been held by the police.
