Insurance on Debit card

Free life Insurance: Your active debit card or credit card is not just a tool to manage your expenses, It gives you accidental death cover up to 10 lahks. As per insurance rules, free accidental death cover is provided to debit or credit card users.

Can be claimed on Only One Debit Card

The same can be claimed within 90 days of the death of the account holder. The rule also clarifies that free accidental life insurance can be issued only on a credit or debit card. If the person has more than one credit or debit card, it does not mean that the cardholder will get an insurance claim on each card. If there is one credit card and one debit card, the insurance amount can be claimed on only one card.
