Vande Bharat Express: The innaugral Vande Bharat Express train service from Delhi to Jaipur will commence in April. However, if you are planning to travel from Delhi to Ajmer, then this news is specially for you. From the first week of April, the Vande Bharat train will run from Delhi to Ajmer as well. This will provide great convenience for people going to Rajasthan.

The trial run of this train has also begun. The coaches of Vande Bharat Express reached Rajasthan on Saturday, and the trial run started on Tuesday. The official said that the train left Delhi at 8 and was stopped at Jaipur station at 9.

Railway officials told that this train will come from Delhi to Ajmer on Wednesday under trial run. After that, the second trial will be finished on Thursday and Friday. The train will also be tested after reaching Delhi. After the trial run, a decision will be taken regarding the train fare, food menu, etc.

It’s reported that the operation of this train may start in the first week of April. According to the information that is being received at present, this train will run 6 days a week and will remain closed on Wednesdays.

In the trial run on Tuesday, the Vande Bharat Express train reached Jaipur from Ajmer in just one hour 45 minutes. The train left Ajmer at 8 pm, reached Jaipur Junction at 9.
After that it was sent from Jaipur to Delhi at 9. The train was scheduled to reach Rewari at 12. After a short break there, Vande Bharat reached Delhi at 2.

With the introduction of this train, the journey between Delhi and Jaipur will become very easy. Apart from that, the passengers going to Ajmer will also have 6 days in a week.

Vande Bharat Express menu details

The menu for the train is already prepared. It will serve you Rajasthani cuisines as pyaz ki kachori, Jodhpuri pulao, daal-baati etc. It is to be noted that the food is chargeable. The rate hasn’t yet been fixed.

Vande Bharat Express tickets price details

The authorities haven’t yet released the details of the fare between Delhi and Ajmer. However, it takes between Rs 400-600 for a Delhi-Jaipur trip in a normal AC train. It’s obvious that the Vande Bharat Delhi-Ajmer train will be comparatively costlier.

It’s estimated that the fare for a chair car can be between Rs 800-1,000. An executive ticket can cost anywhere between Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,000.
