New Delhi: The Dalal Street is set to witness two upcoming IPOs next week. One will be in the mainboard segment while other under the Small and Mediums Enterprise (SME) category. These companies will altogether raise more than Rs 365 Crore from the primary market. These two are Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited and Shiv Texchem Limited.

Garuda Construction IPO
Garuda Construction IPO size is Rs 264.10 crore. The public issue opens for subscription on October 8, 2024 and closes on October 10, 2024. Price band has been set at Rs 92-95. The allotment is expected to be finalised by Friday, October 11, 2024, listing is tentatively on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 on BSE and NSE.
Shiv Texchem IPO
While, Shiv Texchem IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 101.35 crore. Promoters will sell any stake. The issue rolls out on October 8, 2024 and closes on October 10, 2024. The allotment is expected to be finalized by Friday, October 11, 2024. Shiv Texchem IPO will list on BSE SME tentatively on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The price band is set at Rs 158-166 per share. These two companies will be two upcoming IPOs next week.
While, IPO listings next week will see six different corporates making their debut on the bourses. All of these public issues will be in SME segment. Some of the biggies subsume that of Subam Papers Limited, HVAX Technologies Limited, Paramount Dye Tec Limited, etc. This will be apart from the two upcoming IPOs next week mentioned above.
