Aadhaar Mitra: Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) launched its new chatbot aimed to help citizens for their Aadhaar related queries. This chatbot is named as “Aadhaar Mitra” and it is based on AI/ML mechanism.

Aadhaar Mitra reply to queries of citizens and improve their overall experience. The newly launched Chatbot has vital additional features as well. It helps to locate Aadhaar Center, Aadhaar enrollment status, Aadhaar update status, PVC Card Order status, File a Complaint status etc. It also provides assistance to Book an Appointment and Video Frame Integration. These all helping features are available in both Hindi and English language. In Tweet, UIDAI provided a QR code. Citizens can scan it, in order to have a look at the new Aadhaar Mitra AI chatbot. The QR code redirects to UIDAI's official website, where residents will find AI chatbot-Aadhaar Mitra.
