Uber: Reputed cab providing company ‘Uber’ will introduce 25,ooo electric vehicles in the Indian market in the coming three years. Uber India head said, “we are going to be a big changing element in order to accelerate the(EV) ecosystem.”

The Union Government and all state governments are pushing for electrification of shared taxis.  Currently BluSmart, an electric mobility start-up dominates the electric shared cab market. Uber is planning to enter the market and acquire the segment completely.
