Mr Ranjan’s life was full of struggles. After struggling to succeed in the JEE exam, he decided to enroll in a BBA program with the hope of studying business and management, thinking it would be a better option than wasting his parents’ hard-earned money on an engineering degree that would only earn him Rs 15000 per month. However, he soon realized that the BBA program did not provide the knowledge he was seeking, so he decided to quit after the first year.

He then ventured into the corporate world, working for various organizations while also studying digital marketing and exploring different career paths. During this time, he took a bold step and founded his own start-up called Ripla, which aimed to create a picture aggregation model for photographers and clients. Unfortunately, despite his efforts, Ripla did not succeed as he had hoped.

Undeterred, he then joined a multi-level marketing (MLM) firm, where he gained immense confidence and learned valuable skills in sales. Surprisingly, he found that his introverted nature gradually faded away, and he became more polished in his demeanour, as well as less sensitive to rejection.

With limited resources and operating capital, he found himself with only two options. His first choice was to secure funding, and the second was to identify an alternative source of income. His passion to be a leader and work for a cause led him to eventually leave the MLM Company as well. He had always dreamt of helping others make money from a young age and had been a follower of Dr Vivek Bindra for four years, gaining in-depth knowledge about Independent Business Consultants (IBCs). However, the cost to join IBC was Rs 1,18,000, while he only had Rs 1600 in his bank account.

Despite the financial challenge, his determination to work with Vivek Bindra and assist other young individuals in achieving financial independence remained unwavering. He was determined to find a way to gather the necessary funds.

In July 2020, he made the bold decision to become a channel partner. Along the journey, he faced the challenge of hiring a sales team and convincing people to join his venture. Despite the stress, he managed to hire two of his college classmates who were top performers in their time. These two individuals showed unwavering faith in him and became the backbone of his business.

With the support of his dedicated team, they managed to achieve remarkable success, reaching a business turnover of approximately 43 crores in the financial year 2022-2023.

According to him, the key to achieving financial freedom lies in increasing active income, making wise investments, and diversifying sources of passive income. He believes that to maximize growth, one must thoroughly study the sources, industry, platform, and skill sets required in both active and passive income streams.

In addition to providing training for active income sources, he also offers guidance on investing in the share market, real estate, and establishing side businesses. His ultimate mission is to empower the youth to achieve financial independence through various means such as freelancing, business, and trading.
