Tata Technologies, a subsidiary of Tata Motors, is set to enter the stock exchange on Thursday at an issue price of ₹500 per share. Its ₹3,042.51 crore IPO saw a massive subscription of 69.43 times on the final bidding day.

Ghandhar Oil

Gandhar Oil Refinery’s shares will also debut on Thursday, priced at ₹169 per share in its ₹500.69 crore IPO, which was subscribed 64.07 times by the end of the bidding period.

Zomato

Zomato witnessed China’s Ant Group selling a 3.4% stake for ₹3,337 crore in exchange deals on Wednesday, with Alipay Singapore Holdings, part of Ant Group, selling 297 million shares at ₹112.70 per share.

ICICI Bank 

ICICI Bank received no-objection letters from BSE and NSE for delisting ICICI Securities.

Bank of Baroda

Bank of Baroda plans to issue 10-year bonds worth ₹5,000 crore on November 30, with a base size of ₹1,000 crore and an oversubscription option of ₹4,000 crore. Bidding for these bonds will occur on the NSE’s electronic platform from 11 am to 12 pm.

JSW Infrastructure

JSW Infrastructure issued a $126 million corporate guarantee for Axis Trustee Services and its subsidiary, Masad Infra Services, entered a concession agreement with the Karnataka Maritime Board to develop a greenfield port.
