Today on Thursday, the foreign exchange market opened strongly against the dollar. Today, the rupee strengthened by 3 paise to open at Rs 81.85 against the dollar in early trade. Whereas on the last trading day on Thursday, the rupee had strengthened by 12 paise and closed at Rs 81.88 against the dollar.
