New Delhi: The Indian domestic stock market has started trading today with mixed signals from the global market and break on the decline in the US market. On the fourth day of this trading week on Thursday (25 August). The Indian domestic stock market is also witnessing a boom. At the beginning of the trading session, both  Sensex and Nifty opened on the green mark.

In early trade, the Bombay Stock Exchange’s major sensitive index, BSE Sensex opened at 59,315 with a gain of 230 points today. While the NSE Nifty climbed 10 points to open at the level of 17,605.

Condition of market today

A total of 1,586 companies started trading in BSE today. Out of which about 1,067 shares opened up and 424 shares opened with decline. Whereas the share price of 95 companies opened without increasing or decreasing. With this, 66 shares are trading at 52-week high and 6 shares at 52-week low.

These stocks witnessed rise and fall today

The stocks that witnessed a rise include IndusInd, Maruti, HUL, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Steel, SBI, Axis, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Titan, Reliance Industries, NTPC are rising.

On the other hand the stocks that saw a decline include Tech Mahindra, HCL, Cipla, Apollo Hospitals, Eicher Motors, Adani Ports, HCL Tech, Hero MotoCorp are seeing a decline.

Rupee opened with a weakness of 1 paise against the dollar

In the foreign exchange market, the rupee opened with weakness against the dollar today. Today the rupee opened at a level of Rs 79.80 with a weakness of 1 paise against the dollar. Earlier on Wednesday, the rupee had gained 5 paise to close at Rs 79.81 against the dollar.

This was the condition of the market in the last days

Wednesday (August 17): The Sensex closed at 59,085 with a gain of 54 points. On the other hand, Nifty closed at 17,604 points with a gain of 27 points.

Tuesday (23 August): The Sensex closed at 59,031 points with a fall of 257 points. On the other hand, Nifty closed at 17,577 points down by 86 points.

Monday (August 22): The Sensex closed at 58,773 points with a fall of 872 points. On the other hand, Nifty closed at 17,490 points with a loss of 267 points.

Friday (August 19): Sensex closed 652 points down at 60,000, while Nifty closed 198 points down at 17,758 points.

Thursday (18 August): The Sensex closed at 60,298 points with a gain of 37 points. While Nifty climbed 12 points to close at 17,956.
