On Friday, the last day of the last trading week, the BSE Sensex closed at 58,991 with a jump of about 1013 points and the NSE’s Nifty closed at 17,359 with a gain of 279 points. 26 stocks of Sensex 30 closed in the green mark.

At the beginning of Monday morning, trading started in about 2,246 companies on BSE. In this, about 1,579 shares rose, 539 declined and 128 companies opened at a stable price. While 42 stocks are trading at 52 weeks high and 37 stocks at 52 weeks low.

Rupee opens with a weakness of 29 paise

Today on Friday, once again the foreign exchange market opened with weakness against the dollar. In early trade today, the rupee opened at a level of 82.45 against the dollar with a weakness of 29 paise. Whereas on the last trading day on Friday, the rupee had strengthened by 17 paise and closed at Rs 82.16 against the dollar.

Friday (31 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 58,991 with a gain of about 1013 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,359 with a gain of about 279 points.

Wednesday (29 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,960 with a gain of about 346 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,142 with a gain of about 166 points.

Tuesday (28 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,613, down by about 40 points, while the Nifty closed at 16,951, down by about 34 points.

Monday (27 March 2023): The Sensex closed at 57,6653, up nearly 126 points, and the Nifty closed at 16,985, up nearly 40 points.
