Share Market Update: The budget for the financial year 2023-24 will be presented in Parliament today. Earlier, trading in the Indian domestic stock market started with a boom. Today both Sensex and Nifty are showing gains. Sensex and Nifty both open on green mark. Sensex 417 and Nifty opened with a gain of 132 points this morning. (Share Market Update)

BSE’s 30-share Sensex opened at a level of 59,967.79 with a gain of 417.89 points or 0.70%. On the other hand, the Nifty index of NSE started trading at the level of 17,776.70, rising 131.95 or 0.65%.

On Wednesday (1 February 2023), the third day of this trading week, today the trading in the Indian stock market started with a green mark. Today, the BSE’s 30-share index Sensex opened with a gain of 417 points at 59,967, while the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty opened with a gain of 132 points at 17,776. open.

Earlier, on the last trading day Tuesday (31 January 2023), the market registered a boom. The Sensex closed at 59,549, up 49 points, while the Nifty closed at 17,682, up 33 points.

Market condition today

At the beginning of this morning, trading started in about 1,652 companies on BSE in the beginning today. Out of which about 1,117 shares opened up and 406 declined. While the share prices of 129 companies remained stable. At the same time, 65 shares are trading at 52 weeks high and 18 shares at 52 weeks low.

Today’s gainers and losers stocks

Talking about today’s rising shares, the shares of many companies including Britannia, Power Grid Corporation, ICIIC Bank, Hindalco, Devi Lab are seeing a boom.

While looking at the falling stocks, many companies including Adani Enterprises, ITC, BPCL, Mahinda & Mahindra, Sun Pharma are seeing a fall in their shares.

Rupee opens with a gain of 16 paise against the dollar

On Wednesday, the third day of this first business week before the general budget, the rupee opened strongly against the dollar in the foreign exchange market on Wednesday. In early trade today, the rupee opened higher by 16 paise at Rs 81.76 against the dollar. On the other hand, on Tuesday, the rupee had closed at a level of 81.92 against the dollar with a weakness of 42 paise on Tuesday.

Tuesday (31 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 59,549 points with a jump of 49 points. While the Nifty climbed 33 points to close at 17,682.

Monday (30 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 59,500 points with a jump of 170 points. While the Nifty climbed 42 points to close at 17,648.

Friday (27 January 2023): Sensex closed at 59,330 points with a fall of 874 points. While the Nifty fell 287 points to close at 17,604.

Thursday (26 January 2023): The market was closed on account of Republic Day holiday.

Wednesday (25 January 2023): The Sensex closed at 60,205 points with a fall of 774 points. While the Nifty fell 226 points to close at 17,891.
