Both the Sensex and the Nifty are now on an upward trend. The Sensex and Nifty are trading in the green. The Sensex is up 94 points, while the Nifty is up 10 points.

Trading in the Indian domestic stock market began on the green mark on Wednesday (December 8) morning, the third day of current business week. Today, the BSE’s 30-share index Sensex opened 94 points higher at 62,504, while the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty opened 10 points higher at 18,570.

The stock market opened on a high note after four straight days of declines, but sellers appear to have the upper hand in early activity. The Sensex opened at a level of 62504, up 94 points. The Nifty began 10 points higher at 18570. Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra & Mahindra, ICICI Bank, and Bajaj Financial Services are all up in value. PowerGrid, Tata Consultancy Services, and Kotak Mahindra Bank are all under attack. Today, the rupee opened at 82.27, up 20 paise from yesterday. The results of the assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh will be announced today. The market is anticipating this event.

Rupee opens with a gain of 35 paise against the dollar

The rupee opened strongly against the dollar in the foreign exchange market today. On Thursday, in early trade today, the rupee opened at a level of 82.27 against the dollar with a strength of 20 paise.

Wednesday (7 December): The Sensex closed at 62,410 points with a fall of 215 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,560 points with a softening of 82 points.

Tuesday (6 December): The Sensex closed at 62,626 points with a fall of 208 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,642 points with a softening of 58 points.

Monday (5 December): The Sensex closed at 62,834 points with a fall of 33 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,701 points with a gain of 4 points.

Friday (December 2): The Sensex closed at 63,868 points with a fall of 415 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,696 points with a softening of 116 points.

Thursday (December 1): The Sensex closed at 63,099 points with a gain of 417 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,812 points with a gain of 54 points.

Wednesday (30 November): The Sensex closed at 63,284 points with a gain of 184 points. While the Nifty closed at 18,267 points with a gain of 140 points.

Tuesday (29 November): The Sensex closed at 62,681 points with a gain of 177 points. While the Nifty jumped 55 points to close at 18,816.
