Share Market Opening: Thursday marks the fourth day of week for trading and bring in new anticipation trailing from the previous session. The Indian Stock Market benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty opened on positive green note (9:30 AM). Sensex surged by 51.33 points to reach 77,742.28 (0.066%) from the previous trading session, meanwhile, Nifty surges few points, reaching 23,585.40 (0.11%) (at 9:40 AM). At 9:55 AM Sensex was trading in green, while Nifty 50 trading in red. The market trends suggest a downfall towards the day ahead, But with high hopes of optimism.

Dr. V K Vijayakumar, Chief Investment Strategist, Geojit Financial Services, said, “During a correction phase in the market, like the present one, there will always be counter moves, which will facilitate a bounce back. This can happen any time now. The huge liquidity at the disposal of the DIIs can trigger this bounce back. But such a bounce back is unlikely to sustain since the fundamental factors are unfavorable.”

Share Market On Wednesday

The Indian stock market benchmark indices, largely settle down in red on Wednesday, due to investors sentiments. The Sensex tumbled a massive 984.23 points to settle at 77,690.95, while, Nifty50 index also declined 324.40 points to settle at 23,559.05 points, Nifty50 and Sensex both declined as market continued to fall on the third day of the week.

On Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Both Sensex and Nifty settled down trading in red.
