PM Kisan 22nd Installment Date: Millions of farmers across the country are eagerly awaiting Rs 2000 financial aid under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Though the official release date has not been announced yet, the money is expected to be transferred in February 2026.
Farmers are advised to regularly check the official PM Kisan portal for updates regarding the payout status. So far, the government has successfully transferred 21 installments under the income-support scheme.
Complete e-KYC or Aadhaar linking now
Beneficiaries who have completed e-KYC verification, land verification, and have checked that their bank account is DBT-enabled are eligible to receive the money under the PM Kisan.
Steps to complete e-KYC process
Farmers can visit the official portal of PM Kisan (pmkisan.gov.in) and complete their e-KYC online using their Aadhaar number and OTP. Alternatively, they can go to nearby CSC centers or banks for verification of biometrics.
PM Kisan yojana eligibility
To receive benefits under the PM Kisan yojana, a farmer must:
- Be an Indian citizen
- have own cultivable land
- Be a small/marginal farmer
- Not be an institutional landholder
- Not having filed income tax returns
- Not a retired person getting a pension of Rs 10,000 or more monthly

- Go to ‘Farmers Corner’
- Click on ‘Beneficiary Status’
- Enter details such as Aadhaar or registration number
- You can now check your village list under ‘Beneficiary List’
Rs 6,000 annual support in 3 installments
Launched on February 24, 2019, the PM Kisan Yojana promises eligible farmers Rs 6,000 in financial aid in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. The money is credited straight to the beneficiaries’ accounts via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
