PM Kisan 21 Installment Date: The distribution of Rs 2000 financial aid has begun, but no official confirmation or date has been provided yet regarding when it will be completely released. The portal currently shows the old information: “The Hon’ble Prime Minister has released the 20th installment of PM KISAN on 02 August 2025 from Varanasi.” While eligible farmers across Jammu-Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab had already received the money in their accounts, some still await the PM Kisan 21st installment.

31 Lakh Families May No Longer Get Rs 2,000
Whenever the government is about to release an installment, it provides information about the release on its official portal in advance. Farmers in Uttar Pradesh and other cities are eagerly awaiting the yojana amount. Previously, reports indicated that the 21st installment might be released before Diwali, but it seems unlikely now. The reason may be the Central Government’s recent crackdown on families where husband and wife both are receiving money under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.’
The process of distribution may have slowed down, as at least 31 lakh husband-wife dual beneficiaries were identified to have benefited from the income support scheme, and the verification still continues. Such farmers must note that they are no longer eligible, as the payment rule extends to only one member of the landlord family.
