PM Kisan 21st Installment Date: The Central Government has recently cracked down on those families where husband and wife both were receiving money under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.’ At least 31 lakh husband-wife dual beneficiaries have been identified to have benefited from the income support scheme. They may no longer be eligible, as the payment rule extends to only one member of the landlord family.

The Department has already verified 19 lakh suspected cases that fall under the exclusion criteria under the PM-KISAN scheme guidelines. Such beneficiaries will be weeded out from the payment list by tomorrow, October 15, 2025, ahead of the complete disbursement of the 21st installment. The process of distributing the Rs 2000 financial aid has begun. Several states, including Jammu-Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab, have already received the amount.
Steps To Check PM KISAN 21st Installment Status
Here’s how you can check the ‘PM Kisan 21st Installment’ status:
- Visit: pmkisan.gov.in
- Go to ‘Farmers Corner’
- Click on ‘Beneficiary Status’
- Enter details such as Aadhaar or registration number
- You can now check your village list under ‘Beneficiary List’
Rs 6,000 Annual Support In 3 Installments
The scheme guarantees farmers a minimum annual income of approximately Rs 6,000. This income is disbursed to farmers in three equal installments. E-KYC is MANDATORY for all registered Farmers. For OTP based eKYC, farmers can visit the official PM Kisan portal, while for biometric-based eKYC, they must visit the nearest CSC centers. Farmers can check their eligibility status on the Know Your Status (KYS) of PM KISAN website/ mobile app or Kisan eMitra chatbot for further details.
Complete e-KYC or Aadhaar Linking Now
Those farmers who haven’t completed the e-KYC process or linked their Aadhaar with a bank account, and have not completed land verification, will not receive the PM KISAN 21st installment. Those with incorrect banking details may also miss out or face delays in payment. In such a situation, make sure that steps are completed on time.
Steps To Complete e-KYC Process
Farmers can visit the official portal of PM Kisan (pmkisan.gov.in) and complete their e-KYC online using their Aadhaar number and OTP. Alternatively, they can go to nearby CSC centers or banks for verification of biometrics.
