As of December 22, 2025, the total financial value of Aditya Infotech Limited (CPPLUS) Market Capitalization is approx Rs 18,329.97 Crores. Enterprise Value is estimated at INR 182.21 Billion.
Aditya Khemka’s journey to Success
Aditya Khemka, 51, began his business career in 1994 as a distributor of electronic products. In 2010, he entered the surveillance and CCTV business, which soon became highly successful. His father, Hari Shanker Khemka, is the Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the company.
Today, CP Plus is the leading security and surveillance brand in India. The company has service centres and channel partners in more than 500 cities. It manufactures around 8.2 million cameras every year and holds nearly 25 percent of India’s CCTV market. The company has also expanded into smart home cameras, Wi-Fi cameras, dash cameras, and video analytics.
CP Plus has strongly supported the ‘Make in India’ initiative. While the company earlier depended on imported products, it now focuses on local manufacturing and research and development in India.

Aditya Khemka is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. He has over 30 years of experience in the IT and electronic surveillance sector. In 2025, he was awarded the Pioneer in Surveillance Industry Award.
