Ladki Bahin Yojana e-KYC: Under the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin scheme, the Maharashtra Government has made e-KYC mandatory. According to a government resolution (GR) issued on September 18, all eligible female beneficiaries are required to complete the process within two months to continue receiving Rs 1,500 financial aid.
As per the provisions of the Aadhaar Act, Aadhaar authentication is required to access any government scheme. E-KYC will ensure that the benefits of the scheme are only available to the needy and poor women.
Steps To Complete E-KYC Process
- Visit the official website: https://ladakibahin.maharashtra.gov.in/ekyc
- Click on the display link available on the home page
- Register your Aadhaar number and enter the captcha code
- Carry out Aadhaar authentication – Click on ‘I agree’
- Select the ‘send’ OTP option
- You will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to Aadhaar
During the process, the system will verify whether the beneficiary’s KYC has already been completed. After confirmation, you can proceed to the next stage.
- Select the caste category and declare the following:
- My family members are not working as regular/permanent employees in any Government Department/Undertaking/Board/Local Body of Government of India or State Government or are not drawing pension after retirement.
- Only 1 married and 1 unmarried woman in my family is taking advantage of this scheme.
After entering the above details, click on the check box and press the Submit button.
All eligible women must keep checking the website regularly for any updates and complete the process.
