Contrary to the speculations that Jeet Adani’s wedding would be as grand as that of Mukesh Ambani’s son, Gautam Adani’s son tied the knot in a simple ceremony on February 7, 2025, in Ahmedabad. Only family members and close friends were present at the intimate event. Earlier, rumors were rife that Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities, including American pop star Taylor Swift, would attend the wedding. However, all these speculations turned out to be false.

Gautam Adani Kept His Word on a Simple Wedding
Amid widespread speculation, Gautam Adani had already clarified during his visit to the Mahakumbh Mela last month that his son’s wedding would be “simple and traditional.” True to his word, Jeet Adani’s wedding was held without any celebrity presence or grand display, putting an end to all rumors.
‘Mangal Seva’ Initiative Announced; ₹10,000 Crore Donated
Two days before the wedding, Gautam Adani launched the ‘Mangal Seva’ initiative to support newlywed women with disabilities. Under this program, 500 newlywed women with disabilities will receive ₹10 lakh each year as financial assistance. As part of the initiative, Jeet Adani met 21 newlywed couples with disabilities.
On the wedding day, Gautam Adani extended his philanthropic efforts by donating ₹10,000 crore for social welfare. Sources said this donation reflects his belief in the philosophy, “Seva Sadhana hai, Seva Prarthana hai aur Seva hi Paramatma hai” (Service is devotion, service is prayer, and service is the ultimate purpose). A significant portion of this donation will be utilized to strengthen infrastructure in the fields of healthcare, education, and skill development.
A Daughter, Not a Daughter-in-Law
Gautam Adani set a heartwarming example by referring to his daughter-in-law Diva as his “daughter” in a social media post. He shared, “By the grace of the Almighty, Jeet and Diva are now bound in the sacred bond of marriage. This traditional ceremony was held today in Ahmedabad among loved ones with customary rituals and auspicious blessings. It was a small and highly private event, and unfortunately, we couldn’t invite all well-wishers, for which I seek your understanding. I humbly request love and blessings for my daughter Diva and Jeet.”
Jeet Adani’s Professional Journey
Jeet Adani is currently the Director of Adani Airports, overseeing the management of six international airports. He is also responsible for the development of the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport. He completed his education at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
