Shera Energy IPO : The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Shera Energy Limited will close tomorrow. Shera Energy manufactures winding wires and strips of brass, copper and aluminum. Its IPO opened for Subscription on February 7 and will close on February 9, 2023. It is an inaugural share offering of Shera Energy. company estimates to raise Rs 35 crore. As per information Its shares will be listed on the NSE.

IPO details

As per information given by the company to Market regulators,  The issue size of IPO  is up to 61,76,000 shares.  10,48,000 equity shares are available as a fresh issue and 51,28,000 equity shares are offered for sale. Shera Energy will use the IPO for general corporate needs and satisfy the company’s working capital needs.

The promoters of Shera Energy have fixed a price band of Rs 55-57 per share for the company’s IPO. The lot size is 2000 shares. Investors willing to invest in an IPO need at least Rs 1,14,000.

IPO in 2023

In 2023, there is not much Good seen in the IPO market. However, in the meantime, Shera Energy’s Initial Public Offer opened for subscription on Tuesday. This initial public offer will be closed on February 9, 2023.
