To make this journey easier, here is some important information about a scheme that could become a helping hand in establishing yourself. If you want to buy a plot in Noida to build a home for yourself, or a small plot as the first step to set up your business, you have 10 days to grab this opportunity.

YEIDA launched a special scheme on the occasion of Diwali 2024. On 31 October, a total of 451 plots were released under this special scheme by YEIDA. These plots can be used for residential, industrial, and commercial development. The last date for registration applications to buy these plots is 30 November.

YEIDA Scheme Plots Near Jewer Airport

Under this scheme, 451 plots have been released in Sector 24A, Noida. This scheme is a big hit because of its location. The location is in a prime area, close to Jewar Airport and Film City. The location has grabbed the attention of people. The scheme consists of:

  • 100 plots of 120 square meters,
  • 169 plots of 162 square meters,
  • 172 plots of 200 square meters,
  • 6 plots of 250 square meters,
  • 4 plots of 260 square meters.

Who Can Apply?

YEIDA will accept applicants until 30 November, after which it will hold a lottery program on 27 December. It will allot these plots for 90 years. YEIDA has also issued a set of guidelines for buying the plots. In its announcement, YEIDA stated that individuals who have already participated in a previous plot scheme and received a plot cannot participate in this scheme. If they apply, YEIDA will reject their applications.

How To Apply For The YEIDA Scheme

  • First, go to the official website of YEIDA.
  • Choose the first option of the new scheme given on the website.
  • Fill in all the details requested in the digital form very carefully. It is mandatory to provide correct information in the application form.
  • Once filled, click on ‘Submit’ and proceed to pay.
  • You will pay a minimal application fee of Rs 600.
  • Keep in mind that the scheme will accept only online applications.
  • YEIDA will allot the plot through a draw, which will take place on 27 December 2024.
