New Delhi: Real estate company Arkade Developers Limited’s Initial Public Offer’s (IPO) allotment has been finalised. Retail investors can check the allotment status on the website of the firm’s registrar and also on that of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Earlier, Arkade Developers IPO subscription status had stood at massive 113x after the three day stake sale process closed on September 19, 2024. The Rs 410 crore public issue had kicked-off biddings from September 16. While, Arkade Developers IPO listing date is Tuesday, September 24.

The company’s subscription status was massive. It received highest traction from Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) as compared to retail investors. Both the QIBs and NIIs’ categories was oversubscribed 172 times, according to ‘Chittorgarh’. While, the retail investors’ quota was oversubscribed 53 times. While, according to ‘Investor Gain’, the Grey Market Premium (GMP) of the shares of the company stood at Rs 63 as of Saturday, September 21, 2024.

Those who had applied in the subscription process can check the allotment status on the company’s registrar’s website – ‘Bigshare’ and also on BSE.
To find out whether you have got allotment or not follow the below mentioned steps:

2. Click on ‘Company Selection’ and opt for Arkade Developers Ltd
3. Next, click on selection type and chose any one of the following:
i. Application No/CAF No
ii. Beneficiary ID
iii. PAN
4. Then, enter Captcha and click on ‘Search’
5. You will be able to find your allotment status!

2. Click on Equity
3. Select Arkade Developers Ltd from the list of companies
4. Mention your application number or PAN
5. Then, click on ‘I am not Robot’
6. Click on ’Search’
