New Delhi: Google has announced that it would soon roll out new “Workspace Individual” features, such as increased storage space and improved email personalization for all users.
Instead of 15 GB, the Workspace Individual account will soon receive 1 TB of safe cloud storage.
As Google rolls out this change, every account will automatically receive an increase from the 15 GB of storage it currently has to 1 TB.
Most Workspace Individual users won’t have to worry about running out of storage capacity in Gmail or Drive anymore thanks to this improvement.
Users do not need to worry about opening a document and unintentionally exposing themselves to malware because Google Drive includes built-in security against malware, spam, and ransomware.
Users may now add mail merge tags like @firstname to multi-send emails thanks to the built-in mail merge update, making each receiver feel as though they are receiving a personalised email made just for them, it was stated.
However, unsubscribe links are automatically included in multi-send emails, allowing recipients to choose not to receive more messages in the future.
The Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Greece, and Argentina are among the new nations and areas where Google is introducing Workspace Individual.
The new nations will increase the number of areas where entrepreneurs can sign up for Workspace Individual, which currently includes the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, and six European nations.
According to a report, the business would be introducing other services along with the extension of Workspace Individual, including Premium Meet, eSignatures in Google Docs, appointment scheduling, and flexible layouts in Gmail.
