Gold rate update 6 July 2023: Gold slips by over Rs 3,000

Gold rate update, 6 July, 2023: Gold rate on Thursday dropped by Rs 74 and slipped at the rate of Rs 58,557 per 10 gram amid plesant weather as rain lashes most parts of the country. However, the gold on its previous day trading closed on Wednesday at the rate of Rs 58631 per 10 gram. On the other side, Silver registered a surge of Rs 152 per kg and reached at the rate of Rs 70,800 per kg. Whereas silver on Wednesday on its last trading day closed at the rate of Rs 69,699 per kg. Gold dips by Rs 3,028 and silver by Rs 9,180 from all-time high Gold is being sold cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 3,028 per 10 grams. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61646 per ten grams on 4 May 2023. Whereas silver is getting cheaper at the rate of Rs 9,180 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg. 14 to 24 Carat Price On Thursday, 24 carat gold is available at Rs 58,557 per 10 grams, 23 carat gold at Rs 58,332 per 10 grams, 22 carat gold by Rs 53,638 per 10 grams, 18 carat gold at Rs 43,918 per 10 grams and 14 carat gold is trading at the level of Rs 34,256 per 10 grams. Gold-silver rates on MCX Unlike the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold and silver are trading with a surge today on the Commodity Exchange (MCX). On MCX, gold surged by Rs 77.00 per 10 grams at Rs 58,550. while silver registered a fall of Rs 128 and reached at Rs 71,485 per kg. Gold-silver in international market Both gold and silver are trading fast in the international market today. In the US market, gold was trading up by $3.77 at $1,920.71 an ounce and silver was trading down $0.06 at $23.19 an ounce.
