Gold Price Updates: Gold became cheaper on Tuesday after reaching its all-time high. Earlier on Monday, January 9, 2023, gold crossed its old rate of 56200 per 10 grams and closed at a cheaper rate of Rs 56259 per 10 grams.

On Tuesday, the second day of the second trading week of the new year 2023, along with gold, a fall in the price of silver was recorded. On Tuesday, gold became cheaper by Rs 285 per 10 grams, while the price of silver was recorded cheaper by Rs 1162 per kg.

Thus, on Tuesday, 24-carat gold became cheaper by Rs.285 to Rs.55,974, 23-carat gold became cheaper by Rs.284 to Rs.55,750, 22-carat gold became cheaper by Rs.261 to Rs.51,272, 18-carat gold became cheaper by Rs.213 to Rs.41,981 and 14-carat gold became cheaper by Rs. Gold became cheaper by Rs 167 and closed at Rs 32745 per 10 grams.
