On Monday, the first day of this business week, gold became cheaper by Rs 110 per 10 grams and closed at Rs 60,081 per kg. Whereas, on the last trading day on Friday, gold became cheaper by Rs 425 per 10 grams and closed at the level of Rs 60191 per 10 grams.
On Monday, along with gold, a big fall in the price of silver was also recorded. On Monday, silver fell by Rs 383 to close at Rs 74390 per kg. Whereas on Friday, silver closed at Rs 74773 per kg with a big fall of Rs 646.

Latest 14 to 24 carat gold rate
24 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 110 to Rs 60,081, 23 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 110 to Rs 59840, 22 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 101 to Rs 55034, 18 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 82 to Rs 45061 and 14 carat gold became cheaper. 65 cheaper and is trading at the level of Rs 35147 per 10 grams.
