On the second day of the first trading week of the year 2023, along with gold, a rise in prices was recorded. On Tuesday, gold became costlier by Rs 418 per 10 grams, while the rate of silver rose by Rs 878 per kg.

After this, gold climbed up to Rs 55500 per 10 grams on Tuesday. On the other hand, silver jumped and closed after reaching Rs 69000 per kg. After this boom, people now have the opportunity to buy gold cheaper by Rs 600 per 10 grams and silver by more than Rs 10,000 per kg. If the experts of the bullion market are to be believed, then the period of increase in the prices of gold and silver may continue.

On Tuesday, gold (Gold Price Update) closed at a level of Rs 55581 per kg with a gain of Rs 418 per 10 grams. Whereas on the last trading day on Monday, gold closed at a level of Rs 55163 per 10 grams with a gain of Rs 296 per 10 grams.

14 to 24 carat gold rate

In this way, on Tuesday, 24 carat gold became costlier by Rs 418 to Rs 55581, 23 carat gold became costlier by Rs 417 to Rs 55359, 22 carat gold by Rs 383 to Rs 50912, 18 carat gold by Rs 314 to Rs 41686 and 14 carat Gold became costlier by Rs 245 and closed at Rs 32515 per 10 grams.

Gold is down by 600 and silver by Rs 10,000 from all-time high

Gold is currently selling cheaper than its all-time high by Rs 1037 per 10 grams. Let us tell you that gold had made its all-time high in August 2020. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 56200 per ten grams. On the other hand, silver was getting cheaper than its highest level at the rate of Rs 10753 per kg.
