Gold Price Update: Gold took a topsy-turvy turn for the last few days. On Tuesday Gold has registered a big jump and set fresh all-time high record at Rs59479 per gram. On the contrary the precious metal registered a slight decline of Rs 291 per 10 grams and closed at the rate of Rs59,188 on Tuesday evening. On Tuesday, in contrast to gold, there was a slight rise in the price of silver. On Tuesday, silver closed up by Rs 17 at Rs 68499 per kg. Whereas on Monday, silver had gained Rs 1699 to close at Rs 68472 per kg.

After this rally, 24 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 291 to Rs 59188, 23 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 290 to Rs 58951, 22 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 267 to Rs 54216, 18 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 218 to Rs 44391 and 14 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 291. Gold is trading cheaper by Rs 170 and is trading at Rs 34625 per 10 grams.

Gold falls by Rs 291; silver by Rs 11400 from all-time high
