Gold Price Today 9 May 2023: Gold on Tuesday saw a surge of Rs 201 per 10 gram and reached to the rate of Rs 61,370 per 10 grams while silver is available at the rate of Rs 76,285 per kg after a rise of Rs 30 per kg. Gold is being sold Rs 126 cheaper from its all-time high rate.
Gold Price Today 9 May 2023: Gold-silver on IBJA
According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on Tuesday (9 May 2023), gold became costlier by Rs 201 per ten grams and is trading at Rs 61,370 per ten grams. Whereas on the last trading day on Friday, gold became cheaper by Rs 150 and closed at Rs 61496 per 10 grams.
On Tuesday, along with gold, the price of silver also rose. Today silver is trading at a level of Rs 76285 per kg with a fall of Rs 30 per kg. While silver had become cheaper by Rs 30 and opened at Rs 76285 per kg. Silver was trading at Rs 76315 on Monday.
Gold slips by Rs 126 and silver by Rs 3700 from all-time high
With this boom, gold is being sold cheaper by about Rs 126 per 10 grams than its all-time high. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61646 per ten grams on 4 May 2023. On the other hand, silver is getting cheaper than its highest level at the rate of about Rs 3,695 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.
14 to 24 Carat rate
In this way, on Monday, 24 carat gold became cheaper by Rs 61370 per 10 gram, 23 carat gold by Rs 60,864 per 10 gram, 22 carat gold by Rs 59900 per 10 gram, 18 carat gold by Rs 49,710 per 10 gram and 14 carat gold is trading at the level of Rs 39,580 per 10 grams.
Gold-silver in international market
Unlike the Indian bullion market, gold and silver are trading fast in the international market today. In the US market, gold was trading higher by $ 5.92 at $ 2,027.34 an ounce and silver was down by $ 0.03 at $ 25.58 an ounce.
