Gold Price Today, 21 March 2023: In a rare feat Gold has set fresh all-time high record on Tuesday. There has been continuous rise in the price of Gold for the last several days. Gold has crossed the Rs 59000 mark for the first time and set new record on Rs 59,479 per 10 grams and on Tuesday Yellow metal broke its yesterday new record and set fresh record high of Rs 59487 per 10 grams. Therefore, Gold on Tuesday registered an increase of Rs8 per 10gm.
Gold and silver on IBJA
According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), today (21 March 2023), gold (Gold Price Today) has become costlier by Rs 8 per 10 grams and is trading at Rs 59487 per ten grams. Whereas on the previous trading day, on Monday, gold jumped at the rate of Rs 1259 per 10 grams and closed at Rs 59479 per kg.
Unlike gold, today a slight softening is being seen in the price of silver (Silver Price Update). Today silver is trading at a level of Rs 68409 per kg with a slight fall of Rs 63. While on the last trading day on Monday, silver closed at Rs 68472 per kg with a jump of Rs 1699.
Gold and silver rates on MCX
Like the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold is trading at a brisk pace on the Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold on MCX is costlier by Rs 110 at the level of Rs 59,616, while silver is trading at Rs 69,060 with a gain of Rs 222.
Gold gains by Rs 8 from all-time high; Silver falls by Rs 11500
At present, gold is being sold costlier by about Rs 8 per 10 grams from its all-time high. Earlier, gold made its all-time high yesterday i.e. March 20, 2023. At that time gold had gone up to the level of Rs 5979 per ten grams. On the other hand, silver is getting cheaper than its highest level at the rate of Rs 11571 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.

In this way, on Tuesday, 24 carat gold became costlier by Rs 59487 per 10 grams, 23 carat gold by Rs 59249 per 10 grams, 22 carat gold by Rs 54490 per 10 grams, 18 carat gold by Rs 44615 per 10 grams and 14 carat gold by approx. Is trading at the level of Rs 34800 per 10 grams.
