Gold Price Today, 16 June 2023: Gold on Friday saw a rise of Rs 558 per 10 grams and reached at the rate of Rs Rs 59492 per 10 gm. While Silver also registered a surge of Rs Rs 1222 per kg and touched the rate of Rs Rs 72284 per kg. After the fourth consecutive fall in a row Gold and Silver witnessed a surge.
Gold Price Today, 16 June 2023: Gold-silver on IBJA
According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), today (16 June 2023), gold (Gold Price Today) has become cheaper by Rs 558 per ten grams and is trading at the level of Rs 59492 per ten grams. Whereas on Thursday, on the last trading day, gold became cheaper by Rs 330 and closed at Rs 58934 per 10 grams.
Along with gold, the price of today's silver is also seeing a rise. Today silver became costlier by Rs 1222 and is trading at Rs 72284 per kg. Whereas on the last trading day on Thursday, silver became cheaper by Rs 1143 and closed at Rs 71062 per kg.
Gold-silver rates on MCX
Like the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold and silver are trading fast today on the Commodity Exchange (MCX). On MCX, gold is costlier by Rs 15 per 10 grams at Rs 59,370, while silver is trading at Rs 72,320 per kg, rising by Rs 194.
Gold slips by Rs 2100; silver by Rs 7700 from all-time high
After this, gold is being sold cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 2154 per 10 grams. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61646 per ten grams on 4 May 2023. Whereas silver is getting cheaper at the rate of Rs 7696 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.

24 carat gold on Friday is being sold at the rate of Rs 59,492 per 10 grams, 23 carat gold at Rs 59,254 per 10 grams, 22 carat gold at Rs 54,495 per 10 grams, 18 carat gold at Rs 44,619 per 10 grams and 14 carat gold is trading at the rate of Rs 34,803 per 10 grams.
