According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on Wednesday (13 June 2023), gold (Gold Price Today) became cheaper by Rs 509 per 10 grams and is trading at the level of Rs 59347 per 10 grams. Whereas on the last trading day on Tuesday, gold was closed at Rs 59856 per 10 grams.
Along with gold, the price of silver has also registered a decline today. Today, silver has become cheaper by Rs 996 and is trading at Rs.72173 per kg. Whereas, on the last trading day, silver was closed at Rs 73169 per kg.
Gold-silver rates on MCX
Gold is trading on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The futures trade in gold on August 4, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 59,275.00 with a gain of Rs 57.00. On the other hand, the futures trade of silver on July 5, 2023, is trading at a level of Rs 72,280.00 with a gain of Rs 186.00.
Gold dips by Rs 2,238; silver by Rs 7,807 from all-time high
After this, gold is being sold cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 2,238 per 10 grams. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61646 per ten grams on 4 May 2023. Whereas silver is getting cheaper at the rate of Rs 7,807 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.
14 to 24 Carat
On Wednesday, 24 carat gold is trading at Rs 59350 per 10 grams, 23 carat gold at Rs 59533 per 10 grams, 22 carat gold at Rs 57920 per 10 grams, 18 carat gold at Rs 48070 per 10 grams and 14 carat gold is trading at the level of Rs.38280 per 10 grams.
Gold-silver in international market
Gold is being traded rapidly in the international market. In the US, gold is trading at a gain of $ 2.93 at the rate of $ 1,946.80 an ounce. On the other hand, silver is trading at a gain of $ 0.15 at the level of $ 23.83 an ounce.
