According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on Monday (12 June 2023), gold (Gold Price Today) became cheaper by Rs 142 per 10 grams and is trading at Rs 59,834 per 10 grams.
Along with gold, the price of silver has also registered a decline of Rs 428 on Monday. Today, silver is trading at Rs.73,249 per kg. Whereas on Friday, silver had closed at Rs 73677 per kg.
Gold and silver rates on MCX
Like the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold and silver are trading with a decline today on the Commodity Exchange (MCX). On MCX, gold is trading cheaper by Rs 51 per 10 grams at Rs 59,770, while silver is trading cheaper by Rs 263 at Rs 73,533 per kg.
Gold dips by Rs 1,750; silver Rs 6,731 from all-time high
After this, gold is selling cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 1,750 per 10 grams. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61646 per ten grams on 4 May 2023. Whereas silver is getting cheaper at the rate of Rs 6,731 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.
Gold Price Today, 12 June 2023: 14 to 24 Carat
24 carat gold is being sold at Rs 59,830 per 10 gram, 23 carat gold at Rs 59717 per 10 gram, 22 carat gold at Rs 58,400 per 10 gram, 18 carat gold at Rs 48470 per 10 gram and 14 carat gold is trading at the level of Rs 38,590 per 10 grams.
Gold-silver in international market
Like the Indian bullion market, gold as well as silver is trading with a decline in the international market today. In the US market, gold declined by $ .13 to trade at $ 1,960.02 an ounce, while silver declined by $ 0.06 to trade at $ 24.19 an ounce.
