Gold Price Today, 1 June 2023: Gold on Thursday witnessed a sharp fall of Rs 277 per 10 gram and slipped to the rate of Rs 60,113 per 10 gram. While gold on Wednesday was closed at Rs 60,390 on last day of trading. Whereas Silver registered a surge of Rs 362 per kg and touched the rate of Rs 71,350 per kg. Gold Price Today 1 June 2023: Gold-silver on IBJA
According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on Thursday (1 June 2023), gold has become cheaper by Rs 277 per 10 grams and is trading at the level of Rs 60,113 per 10 grams. Whereas on the last trading day on Tuesday gold closed at Rs 60,390 per 10 grams.
Gold and silver rates on MCX
Unlike the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold and silver price rises on Tuesday on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). On MCX, gold becomes cheaper by Rs 248 per 10 grams at Rs 59,879, while silver is trading cheaper by Rs 212 at Rs 71,890 per kg.
Gold slips by Rs 1,472; silver by Rs 8,630 from all-time high
After this, gold is being sold cheaper than its all-time high by about Rs 1,472 per 10 grams. Significantly, gold made its all-time high of Rs 61,646 per 10 grams on 4 May 2023. Whereas silver is getting cheaper at the rate of Rs 8,630 per kg. The all-time high level of silver is Rs 79980 per kg.
Gold Price Today 1 June 2023: 14 to 24 Carat
24 carat gold is trading at Rs 60,110 per 10 gram, 22 carat gold at Rs 58670 per 10 gram, 18 carat gold at Rs 48,690 per 10 gram and 14 carat gold is trading at the level of Rs 38,770 per 10 grams.
Gold-silver in international market
Unlike the Indian bullion market, gold and silver are trading fast in the international market today. In the US market, gold was trading down by $ 4.07 at $ 1,962.48 an ounce and silver was trading at $ 23.57 an ounce with a gain of $ 0.01.
