She continued, “Here’s what I do to improve my hiring process: I cultivate the habit of asking myself, ‘In what three areas is this person better than me?’ This approach enables me to prioritize hiring individuals whom I highly value and envision building a long-term relationship with.”

She wrote, “If you aim to lead the market in your industry, STOP relying on industry assumptions. Instead, adopt the First Principles thinking approach.”
