What is Whatsapp payment?

The WhatsApp payment facility allows users to make payments to any person of their WhatsApp contacts. Customers can send and receive money with the help of this newly launched feature. It has partnered with some of the leading banks in the country to provide payment services to users. The whole payment scenario is based on UPI. 

How to register for Whatsapp pay? 

– Go to WhatsApp.

– Select the dots menu from the top-right corner of your phone screen

Select the ‘Payment’ option next.

– Select ‘Add payment method’ from the drop-down menu.

Now, choose the bank

– WhatsApp will verify your phone number. It will also show your selected bank account.

Select your bank account and press the ‘ok’ button.

– After completing the process, you will be able to see your UPI ID, payment history and linked bank accounts.

How to check the account balance using the setting option? 

– Go to WhatsApp APP.

– If you’re using Android, tap the More option.

– Select Payment.

-Click on your Bank Account

-Select  View Balance option.

– enter UPI PIN.

Now you will have your account balance on the screen.
