Denta Water And Infra backed by Smc Capitals Limited, is set to launch its initial public offering for public subscription today. The company has set IPO price band in the range of Rs 279 to Rs 294 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10.
Denta Water And Infra IPO Objective
Denta Water, an experienced entity in water engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The company plans to use the proceeds from its fresh issue for working capital needs totaling Rs 150 crore. Out of this amount, Rs 50 crore will be allocated for the current financial year. Meanwhile remaining Rs 100 crore will be allocated for the following financial year.
Denta Water And Infra Operational Details
As of October 2023, the firm has 22 ongoing projects constituting an aggregate contract value of Rs 984.23 crore, out of which Rs 976.7 crore for water management projects; and Rs 7.54 crore of infrastructure projects including railways and roadways.
The water and infrastructure solutions company, with expertise in groundwater recharging projects, has completed 27 projects related to water management infrastructure development.
Denta Water And Infra IPO Details
Denta Water and Infra IPO has reserved not more than 50% of the shares in the public issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), not less than 15% for non-institutional Institutional Investors (NII), and not less than 35% of the offer is reserved for retail investors.
The allotment of shares is going to be finalized on Monday, January 27, and the company will initiate refunds on Tuesday, January 28. Meanwhile, the shares will be credited to the demat account of allottees on the same day following refund. The share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, January 29.
