Jio: India’s leading telecom giant, Reliance Jio has made big changes in its prepaid recharge plans. Users will no longer be able to avail the benefit of free JioCinema subscription benefits. This change comes after the merger of JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar. As a result of this, an integrated streaming service called JioHotstar is now offered. Earlier, many prepaid plans of Jio offered free access to JioCinema. This allowed users to watch movies, live sports and web series, TV shows etc. However, users can still get a complimentary subscription to the new JioHotstar with select prepaid recharge plans.
The changes applies to plans ranging from Rs. 249 with a 28-day validity to the 365-day Rs. 3,599 plan. However, users can still access several other OTT platforms. The company is offering OTT services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and ZEE5 and SonyLIV in some plans. Jio is currently offering JioTV and JioCloud as two complimentary services.
Plans With JioHotstar
Rs.195 plan is a cricket data pack with 90 days validity. It offers 15GB of high-speed internet and subscription to JioHotstar.
Rs 949 plan offers subscriptions to JioHotstar with 84 Days validity and 2GB of data per day. It also offers additional services of JioCloud and JioTV. It allows unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.

This plan offers subscriptions to Sony LIV, Zee5, Liongate Play, Discovery+, Sun NXT, Kanchha Lanka, Planet Marathi, Chaupal, FanCode and Hoichoi via JioTV app.
- 28 days validity with total 56 GB data at high speed of 2GB/day with Unlimited voice calling.

This plan allows subscriptions to Netflix along with JioTV and JioCloud.

This plan allows subscriptions to Sony LIV, Zee5, JioTV and JioCloud.
