ResGen IPO: if you continuously look for opportunities to invest in IPOs then an opportunity is coming next week for you. The IPO of RenGen, a plastic waste management company, will open to subscribe next week.

According to the information given by the company, the IPO will be open on the 28th of February and Investors can bid on it by March 2. The Shares of RenGen will be listed on BSE on 13 March.

Price Band and a Lot size of RenGen IPO

The Promoters of RenGen have decided a Price band of 45-47 rupees for IPO. The company has offered a lot size of 3,000 shares so an investor needs to invest Rs 1,41,000 to subscribe to the IPO.

RenGen would collect 28.20 crores with this IPO. According to the information given by the company 50 percent of shares will be reserved for Quality Institutional Buyers (QIB), 15 percent be reserved for high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and 35 percent will be available for retail investors.
