Bank of Baroda pensioners can submit their life certificate via video call; check out process

Bank of Baroda pensioners: During the month of November, millions of pensioners across the country must submit their life certificates. This is now possible via video call. Every pensioner is required by law to provide identity verification once a year. If they do not comply, their pension will be terminated. If you are a pensioner, you must complete this task (Life Certificate for Pensioners), but many pensioners across the country are unable to do so due to illness or old age. In such cases, many banks offer their customers the option of submitting a life certificate via video call.

The Bank of Baroda announced that its clients would be able to submit their life certificates via video call. We are providing you with information on how to submit a life certificate via video call if you do business with either of these banks.

Bank of Baroda customers can submit a life certificate via video call:

Bank of Baroda (BOB Life Certificate Through Video Call) recently stated that clients could only submit their ‘Life Certificate’ via video call. The bank will provide this service to those over the age of 60 until the end of November 2022. If you wish, we will give you instructions on how to submit this certificate via video call.

Step 1: Complete the Aadhaar number and submit the form.

Step 3: Choose whether to call now or later.

Step 4: The bank will then initiate a video call, and the BOB agent will appear in front of you.

Step 5: You will then be required to fill out your photo ID and additional information.

Step 6: You will then receive another OTP on your Aadhar-registered mobile number, which you will enter on this page.

Step 7: BOB customers submit a life certificate in the following manner via video call:

Step 8: You must first go to the official website of BankofBaroda.com or the Pension Sarathi Portal.

Step 9: Fill in your account number and PPO number next.

Step10: After that, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number; enter it here.

Step11: Complete the Aadhar number and submit the form.

Step12: The next step is to select another option.

Step13: Then decide whether or not to call now.

Step14: The bank will then initiate a video call, and a BOB agent will appear in front of you.

Step15: You will then be required to fill out your photo ID and additional information.
