Bank Holidays in February 2025: Banks will be closed for 14 days in February. The Reserve Bank of India, the regulatory authority for banks, has released the list of holidays during which banks will remain closed throughout the month. List Of Bank Holidays In February
- Banks in Agartala will remain closed on Monday, 3rd February, due to Saraswati Puja
- Banks in Chennai will remain closed on Tuesday, 11th February, due to Thai Poosam
- Banks in Shimla will remain closed on Wednesday, 12th February due to Sri Ravidas Jayanti
- Banks in Imphal will remain closed on Saturday, 15th February due to Lui-Ngai-Ni
- Banks in Belapur, Mumbai, Nagpur will remain closed on Wednesday, 19th February due to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti
- Banks in Aizawl and Itanagar will remain closed on Thursday, 20th February due to Statehood Day/State Day
Banks in Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bengaluru, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram will remain closed on Wednesday, 26th February on account of Maha Shivratri.
Banks in Gangtok will remain closed on Friday, 28th February due to Losar (Tibetan New Year). In addition to these holidays, banks will also observe their regular weekly holidays. On Sunday, 2nd February, banks will be closed, followed by the second Saturday, 8th February, and Sunday, 9th February, which are both weekly holidays. Sunday, 16th February, will also be a weekly holiday for banks. Lastly, the fourth Saturday, 22nd February, and Sunday, 23rd February, will be weekly holidays as well.
