There are no notifications of a bank holiday on October 14, Tuesday. As per the Reserve Bank Calendar, October 14 will be a working day for banks in the country. There’s no festival or observance. So, you can head out and get all your banking work done on Tuesday.
Banks remain closed on all Sundays and on the second and fourth Saturdays each month, as per the RBI bank holiday calendar. Typically, the first, third, and fifth Saturdays are not holidays. In addition to the usual weekend closures, banks also close on national holidays such as Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanti, as well as for certain religious and regional observances.
