Mukesh Ambani, India’s richest man, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries- India’s most valuable company- is celebrating his 66th birthday today,April 19.
According to Forbes, his net worth is $84.1 billion and is currently the 13th richest billionaires in the world.
Mukesh Ambani was born on 19 April 1957 in Yemen’s Aden to Dhirubahi Ambani and Kokilaben Ambani. They later shifted to India. Reliance Industries was founded by his father Dhirubhai Ambani in 1966. After the death of Dhirubhai Ambani, Mukesh and his younger brother Anil Ambani jointly took the charge of Relaice Industries.
However, feud has errupted between the brother but later resolved. Under the leadership of Mukesh Ambani, Reliance Industries has become one of the India’s most valuable and recognised companies.
Mukesh Ambani is not only India but Asia’s richest man. He holds dregree in chemical engineering. He has three children. He gave twins Akash and Isha telecom and retail leadrship and youngest son Anant energy unit. His wife Neeta Ambani is a philanthropist. She is the chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation, Dhirubhai Ambani International School and a director of Reliance Industries.
