Share Market: As the year draws to a close, the Indian stock market has one remaining holiday left for 2024. The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will remain closed on December 25, 2024, due to the Christmas. On December 25, trading will remain suspended across all market segments, encompassing Equity, Equity Derivatives, and Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB).

In November, the Indian stock markets remained closed on three occasions: Diwali (November 1), Guru Nanak Jayanti (November 15), and Maharashtra Assembly Elections (November 20). The Indian stock market has only one remaining holiday for the year 2024, which falls on December 25, to commemorate Christmas.
