 How much will be the increase in salary?

Central employees unions are demanding an increase in the fitment factor. Actually, the fitment factor has an important role in the salary hike and it is fixed on the salary limit. At present the minimum salary limit is 18000. Which is 2.57 times the fitment factor. At the same time, in the 7th Pay Commission, it has been recommended to keep the fitment factor up to 3.68 times. If it is ready for this, then the minimum salary of the employees will increase from Rs 18000 thousand to Rs 26000 thousand. After its implementation, there will be a big jump in the salary of government employees.

Government’s new system launch

Meanwhile, news is coming that the government is not in favor of the 8th Pay Commission. The government wants to implement such a system, in which the increase in the salary of the employees happens automatically. It can work on ‘Automatic Pay Revision System’. If there is more than 50 percent dearness allowance in this, there will be an automatic revision in the salary. If this happens, then more than one crore central employees and pensioners of the country will be directly benefited.
